I’m passionate about training athletes, first responders, weekend warriors, and all others to overcome and prevent injuries, improve technique, and achieve their full potential. No matter what your passion or goal may be – CrossFit®, running, tennis, golf, team sports, responding when duty calls, or just keeping up with your kids – I will give personal attention to develop treatment and training for your unique needs.
